Previous product I was using was discontinued so trying to find replacement. I tried this liner because longest one in length (30”) I could find for front to back coverage. However NO adhesive strip on back to hold in place in panties. Pad moves all around in panties and bunches up. I shouldn’t have to buy 2-sided tape to keep in place. Also pad does not lay flat enough with all the gathered edges along the sides. I assume gathers are to prevent leaks, but in fact decrease surface area for absorption. I will not be reordering and will continue search for incontinence pad for plus size people.I purchased these for my mother who wears the FitRight underwear size M. She wanted to have an extra pad of protection for certain times, something larger than a Poise pad. Well this is not it. The pad is so large, I thought for a moment it was meant to be used as a bed pad. It also has no adhesive on the bottom so sadly it does not stay in place at those unfortunate moments when the protection is really needed.Once you have the product in place oh, it is very comfortable and you don't realize you're wearing it. The biggest downside is putting it on correctly, which can be a challenge. If that doesn't happen, leaks will happen.Thickest diaper liner I’ve found definitely hold more then I need but I you’re garnered to have a dry bed when you wake up. Never have a I ever had a leak and I’m a side sleeperThere are few pads out there that are long for men. Product pictures and high shopper ratings were unfortunately deceptive. Admittedly, 13”x30” is one of the largest pads out there, but when you pull the product from the bag, it is anything but an insert or liner. It is a full adult diaper without tapes or a cut contour. Imagine taking a dish towel and using that as a booster pad, that is what it felt like, simply wearing this pad inside underwear as it is intended. That's the only nice thing I can say. They were purchased to augment briefs for my husband's nighttime protection. The bed has been soaked EVERY morning. I'd hoped they would replace a brand that's no longer available. Back to the drawing board. Ugh.These work pretty well for my 90 year old grandfather.
