First off, the seller should state in their listings that Roamers do not have insoles. I have purchased other Roamer styles. None have come with insoles. But, for the styling, fit, and price, I accepted this right away. So, I found these expecting the same. Well, I got more. These unisex are too narrow near the toes. I wear a men's UK9. That's what I received. The seller should explain that these unisex boots are going to fit at least a size smaller than the other Roamer styles. Maybe I should have known. But, I doubt everyone does. Very, very, very disappointed. Amazon, get on these guys.Good looking on the outside, but no padding at all and very uncomfortable.
