Helpful to walk and stand up straighter.Nothing really to say ..the handles are kinda soft feel to them adding comfort to ur grip .they nice an study nothing bad bout them don't hesitate to buy these if something like this is what u looking for u won't be disappointedI've never seen nor used crutches of this design before. I was more accustomed to the traditional forearm crutches that are made out of aluminum and have a pivoting cuff. Although these crutches are made out of plastic, they feel well made. The removable pin to adjust the height is so much easier to use than the spring action push button adjusters. I really like the wider crutch tip on these because they give more stability than traditional tips.On the negative side I wish the cuffs weren’t made entirely out of plastic, but rather had a wire in them to hold whatever shape you bend them to. My arm constantly falls out of these cuffs because you can’t crimp the cuff around your arm, and the cuff is too shallow. If only the manufacturer had made the ends of the cuffs come together a bit more and have the ability to hold a shape. Also, the fact these crutches don’t have pivoting cuffs is something that takes getting used to.Overall, I’d say these crutches are made well and have some great features. The cons are not a complete game changer. However, the cuffs in particular are problematic and really need a redesign.I got this crutch as an upgrade to a cane. The forearm support allows more pressure to be applied that supports the wrist and in turn my body. The forearm cuff seems a little short from handgrip to elbow, but is fine for my average but heavy size. It is a molded non adjustable type of plastic and feels solid. The weight feels good and balanced, as I do not like super light weight canes that bounce. The red plastic handle insert is not reflective. I will add reflective tape should I need it. There is no foam cushioning that I read can twist or move when in use. The handle and cuff angles seem to work fine. I often slide my hand to the front and back of handle to where it feels comfortable. The rubber foot is about 2-1/2 times wider than a normal foot. Takes a bit of time to get use to it. It can hook on stuff if not staying alert. However, It does come in handy to hook things to move or pickup. Been on wet ground, but not real slippery ground, without problems. I was concerned about the clip on pins. So far, no complaints, has not popped off or given problems. There is minimal play with this pin setup. May tape it if it needs. My plan was to test this type of walking aid without spending too much money. It works perfect for my needs. I have a more expensive collapsible unit on order for travel. I will use this basic sturdier one for heavier home and yard-work without fear of getting dirty and abused.Adjusting height was difficult to figure out. Recommend more and better instructions on how to adjust the length would be helpful. Other than that am very happy with these crutches. Good crutches for the price!Bought these for an elderly Korea/Vietnam war vet. He says they are better than the ones that kill his armpits. So I think he likes them. He's still using them.Halloween prop. Buffed out, thank youWow. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my balance is totally off. I couldn't walk outside of furniture surfing in the house and holding on to someone's shoulder outside. I am 35yo female was refuses to use a walker in public because it is just not cute enough. My "sticks" (my niece said so) changed the game for me. Not only am I cute as a button still but I don't look completely hammered. I was falling to my right the other day but I didn't because my Sticks Superpower was activated.Thank you very much. You Guys are The Real MVPThese crutches are really light, have a great footprint but I hadn’t realised the arm cuff wasn’t enclosed ( or nearly enclosed), so the crutches don’t stay on your arms when you loosen your grip on the handles. I’m recovering from spinal surgery so I have to be very careful. Sadly I won’t be using them but won’t be returning them either. Take my advice and read all the details.I bought these for my husband who has recently became a right leg amputee, to see him use these crutches is a milestone and a new chapter, he hasn't quite got the hang of it yet, but he will. These are extraordinary value for money and he's so happy with them. I highly recommend..Bought to assist recovery from a recent spinal operation, great product as it has very large and grippy rubber feet. I can't risk a fall so these are perfect for the first few monthm the arm rest and hand grips are very comfortable and the crutches are lightweight.I had to use the maximum extension length to get the right fit, but I am 6'2" tall. These would be perfect for anyone who has a need for a bit of support following an accident or disability.I love the design, perfect for wet floor, delivered 1 day early. But at least you have a protection for the hands or shorts walks not recommended, look the picture and hopefully you understand why. These are not comfortable and to be honest I don't feel safe using them, the grips feel slippy and the arm cuff provides no purpose, sorry but I have to be honest.
